If you plan to visit Otterly Fun at least 4 times a month, you will greatly benefit from a monthly membership. Memberships are month to month and can be paused or canceled at any time. We also offer punch cards if you want to save some money but not quite ready to commit to a monthly plan.

Frequently Asked Questions:

When does billing occur? You are billed on the same date each month that you sign up. Example: Sign up on 2/27 → You’ll be billed on the 27th of each month.
When can I start using my membership? Immediately! The moment you sign up, you can start booking play sessions right away.
Is there a contract? Nope! Memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime!
Can I pause my membership? Yes! Members can pause one time per year. If you're a founding member, you'll keep your rate.
